Free features

The free version includes limits, for example on the number of goals, affordability checks and statement imports. We may change which features are free or included in Lavie Plus; changes won't reduce what you've already paid for in the current subscription period.

The App and its content, design and features belong to Kui Liang and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your data belongs to you.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its calculations will suit your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kui Liang is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or money, arising from your use of the App or from decisions made based on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update this page and the date above, and continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
